THE CIVIC INSTITUTE OF THE CITY OF TURKU

The Civic Institute of the City of Turku offers general and vocational courses for adults.  Evening instruction for immigrants includes Finnish for beginners, advanced and conversation courses.  Courses generally begin in September.
